An improved 338 speed dimple pattern has been developed for the latest Z Star range. Utilising 5 different dimple sizes to improve the relationship between uniformity and occupancy for a more efficient and longer flight. It does this by reducing the drag coefficient directly after launch helping the ball travel through the air with less resistance and increasing the lift coefficient once the ball reaches its apex, helping the ball stay in the air longer to maximise distance.
Srixon's revolutionary Spin Skin coating gets an upgrade for 2017, moving into it's third generation the new Spin Skin coating is 13% softer than the previous model, increasing friction for even more spin. Combined with Srixons proprietary 0.5mm urethane cover that is ultra-thin and super-soft it provides more consistent spin control on approach shots from any lie, especially the rough.
